MULLIGAN SCOTTISH ALE

6.5% ABV | 15 IBU

Intensely malty from start to finish, with beautiful layers of caramel and toffee. You don’t need to wear a kilt while imbibing this delectable brew, but we’re OK with it if you do.

HOOSIER PRIDE CREAM ALE

5.6% ABV | 15 IBU

A Pre-Prohibition Style Cream Ale like none other. This Cream Ale has a wonderfully light and crisp taste for those hot summer days. We achieve this with the use of only 6-Row and Flaked Maize along with the finest noble hops.

ONE WITH NATURE IPA

7.3% ABV | 69 IBU

Darker than most IPA’s, as we use caramel malts to help balance the beautiful bouquet of hops. A blast of passion fruit, grapefruit, lemon, berries, and pine greet your nose as you take your first sip. This IPA features the perfect balance of malt and hops, allowing you the ability to daydream about becoming 1WN!

DARK ROAD PORTER

6.3% ABV | 36 IBU

This is a smooth, robust American-style porter with a rich, roasted, chocolate and coffee flavor. A healthy dose of East Kent Golding hops, combined with the many layers of malt flavors and heavy mouthfeel, make this beer one of a kind.

My Dirty Dancer

5% ABV | 9 iBU

This corn based lager is light and crisp and will keep you on your toes. It uses sterling hops to keep a minimum hop profile.

Imperfect Backside

6.5% ABV | 30 IBU

Infused with nitrogen to impart an extremely smooth mouth feel, which compliments the dark and roasted malts used in the brewing process. Observe the lace from the creamy head on the side of your pint as you enjoy this brew pub classic.

1520

5.4% ABV | 9 IBU

A pale, refreshing, lightly-hopped German wheat beer with high carbonation, dry finish, fluffy mouthfeel, and a distinctive banana-and-clove weizen yeast fermentation profile. A truly traditional Bavarian brew.

Underground ESB

6% ABV | 40 IBU

This brew is known for its balance and interplay between malt and hop bitterness. The use of earthy, herbal English hops for flavor and aroma pair well with the rich, sweetness from the malt. The yeast strain used in this beer lends a fruitiness to its aromatics and flavor.

Squirrel Stampede

5.5% ABV | 15 IBU

This Northern English-style Brown Ale delights with sweet toasted barley notes, a light, sweet malt aroma with toffee, nutty, and hints of chocolate. Dark in color, with a light body and smooth finish.

11 years of producing award-winning beers, in an extremely challenging industry, is something the entire team at GJBC is very proud of. We owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to all of you for your support over the years as we would not be here without you.

We want to thank YOU - so please come join us THIS Saturday, April 19th. To celebrate, we will be doing a limited-release of our brand-new (and delicious) Hazy IPA, Corrupted Nature. This beer was produced in collaboration with our good friends over at Tarnished Hollow Brewing Co. Earlier this month, we released an old school fan favorite double IPA, Amarillo Sunset in celebration.

In addition to the new beer releases, we will have live music by the Odd Man In (7 piece brass band) from 7-9 PM, Lu Dog’s Grilled Dogs serving from Noon to 4 and the The_Latin_Griller_from 4-8 PM.

Last, but certainly not least, we are working on a special treat from the Angry Donkey that will be a “while supplies last” menu item for sure - Keltie’s famous bread pudding. We’ll see you Saturday!
Grand Junction's Beer Madness has ended!
The votes are in, and Squirrel Stampede is our champion!🏆

Squirrel Stampede is an English Brown Ale coming in at 6.2% ABV
Named after the great squirrel stampede that took place in Hamilton County in 1822. This nut brown delights with sweet toasted barley notes, a light, sweet malt aroma with toffee, nutty, and hints of chocolate. Dark in color, with a light body and smooth finish.

Come in to the taproom and see what the fuss is all about 🐿

#squirrelstampede
First off, we want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the support you have given us over the past 11 years. Grand Junction Brewing Co. would simply not exist without you. The community embraced us right from the start and has continued to do so over the years. This support has meant the world to us over the past decade +. We cannot wait to celebrate our anniversary with all of you on April 19th!!!

With that said, we owe all of you an apology. We have always been extremely proud of the award-winning beer that we have produced over the years, but the quality of the food we are putting out has simply not matched. It’s not up to the standards we expect and certainly not up to the standards you deserve. The quality of the food needs to be on par with the quality of the beer and we fully intend to get it there. Over the course of the next several weeks you will see some changes begin to take shape as we expand our kitchen and bring in some new faces. To make these much need changes, we will be shutting the kitchen down from 4/6 to at least 4/11. We will ensure, as much as possible, that we have some great local food trucks onsite during this time. Please continue to support us and please show the team grace as we bring these exciting new changes and improvements to the table. Thank you again for all of your support you have provided to us over the years! Exciting times ahead.

🍻 New Beer Release! 🍻

Back by very popular demand, our April new beer release is...

Amarillo Sunset!

This Double IPA was a signature beer during the early days of Grand Junction Brewing. It has been years since Sunset has been on tap, but we are very excited to bring this one back in time to celebrate with at our 11th anniversary in April. At 8.5% and 88 IBUs, this DIPA is full of flavor and personality.

We hope this beer sends you down memory lane. Amarillo Sunset will be available in our Taproom on Tuesday April 1st. (That's no joke!)
